Nicole attended Victoria University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing and Health Science as ‘The Most Outstanding Student’ in the Health and Medical Faculty. Nicole furthered her career with post graduate study in Midwifery Science at La Trobe University and Cosmetic Nursing at the Australian College of Nursing.

Nicole is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse with 25 years’ experience in roles such as Director of Nursing, General Manager, Executive of Clinical Practice as well as educating new nurses and co-coordinating staff. Nicole has worked in areas including Emergency, Intensive Care, Operating Room, Midwifery and Coronary Care Unit. Nicole is a Key Opinion Leader in her field and regularly presents at Aesthetic conferences. Nicole has worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Trainer for Galderma and now a Specialist Trainer and Aesthetic Manager for Dermocosmetica Australia and New Zealand, a company dedicated to cutting edge dermatology innovation.

Nicole’s motto is “Come as you are” and she welcomes people from every walk of life. Nicole has worked with the Victorian Government to assist health businesses, hospitals and Aged Care Homes attain a ‘rainbow tick’ to be LGBTQIA+ accredited. LGBTQIA+ diversity is celebrated at TODAY Skin Co.

Nicole specialises in the art of injecting fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, fat dissolving injections and Biostimulators. Her passion is non-surgical facial rejuvenation and she is an expert in the field. She has been trained by some of the world’s leading plastic surgeons and cosmetic physicians across Australia, Europe, UK and the United States.

Nicole trains with doctors and nurses in the latest techniques using fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments. She is sought after by clients and Injectors alike for natural facial rejuvenation techniques and her professionalism.

Nicole has been independently invited on a number of occasions to participate in Masterclass training sessions with world renowned Plastic Surgeons to further her specialised techniques. Moving from nursing in a hospital environment she developed an interest in more long-term relationships with clients, and her need for artistic expression attracted her to aesthetic nursing.  Nicole’s skills go beyond the technical delivery of an injection.  She has an eye for detail and understanding of beauty believing that improving one’s appearance does not equal eradicating all wrinkles.  Nicole truly delivers the “natural” and “fresh” look.
